NOTE: Throughout the survey I have curated and recorded audio tracks to guide some free movement explorations I’m calling “Get Bodied!”. In order to value “bodiedness” as “a legitimate cognitive state” these activities are designed to invite your entire body to be more fully present and engaged in this experience (Haviland).
